Mentor and support clients in reaching their retirement goals. Requirements ? Previous success in building relationships and uncovering client needs. , ? FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed or ability to acquire upon hire. , ? Ability to present complex solutions to clients while building rapport. , ? Degree and/or professional certifications are helpful; CFP or degree can be obtained through Tuition Reimbursement program. , ? Extensive knowledge of investment solutions. Nice-to-haves ?
