Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team! As the face of Arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our largest and most strategic customers. You will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and expansion, and work closely with our product team to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Arenaflex, you will:

Customer Engagement and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, customer support, QBRs, and renewals and expansion.

Trusted Advisor:

Help Arenaflex customers understand the different contexts in which the Arenaflex product can be effectively used and conceptualize new use cases and solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside the organizations, from CXOs (like the CDO and CIO) to data practitioners using Arenaflex every day.

Voice of the User:

Work closely with our product team to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap and enable us to build the best collaborative experience for data teams around the world.

Customer Evangelism:

Evangelize our customers and their journeys to the broader data community.

What Makes You a Great Match for Us?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

5-7 years of experience within a technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar position.

Modern Data Stack Ecosystem:

Experience working within the modern data stack ecosystem is a must.

Enterprise Experience:

Proven track record of working with Enterprise and Strategic customers (5,000+ employees).

NRR and Expansion:

Experience owning NRR, driving expansion, and increasing customer lifetime value within accounts.
