Address: 34125 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 ? Guaranteed base pay of $15.50, plus uncapped monthly bonuses ? Position Title: National Account Manager in our sales department ? Shift: 10 am to 7 pm, alternating 1 or 2 Saturdays per month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Outbound calls and emails to the leads assigned to you, No Cold Calling! ? Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships ? Apply different sales techniques to offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs. ? Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in your work. ? Retain existing customers and explore upselling opportunities by showcasing the wide variety of services we offer. ? Consistently close deals with a focus on service-oriented solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email. ? Ability to actively listen ? Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Proficient in word, excel, and Google Drive ? Goal-oriented ? New agents will start on a 9 am to 6 pm shift, alternating about 1 Saturday per month ? A problem solver ? The ability to adapt to new technology ? Eager to learn and hungry for money No sales experience? No experience working in logistics in any way, shape, or form? No problem.
