Assist with product or service inquiries and provide support as needed. Qualifications ? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. ? 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. ? Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications. ?
