As a Junior HR Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to support four Senior HR Business Partners with their daily HR tasks which could include, but not limited to: Scheduling interviews and interview document prep HR Information System onboarding and data entry. HR document control and electronic filing/organization. Other general HR administrative tasks as assigned. ###

As one of TotalEnergies' six refining and petrochemicals platforms worldwide, the Port Arthur Platform has a daily processing capacity of over 200,000 barrels per day and is our largest facility in the United States. The refinery can process heavy crude oil as well as lighter domestic crudes. It also has a dedicated unit to produce low-sulfur fuels, which reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We own a steam cracker in a joint venture with BASF that can transform a wide range of feedstocks such as ethane, propane, butane and naphtha into ethylene, propylene, butadiene, and other chemical raw materials. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis. If you are resilient, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for organization and effective communication we want to hear from you! Experience: One to three years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelors degree (or in progress) in human resources, c ommunications, or a related field preferred. Advanced digital filing experience a bonus, but not required. Skills: Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Ability to work as a team and support multiple business partners. ###
