Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU. , • Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs. , • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. , • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. , • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options. , • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Requirements • Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or compact state. , • Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required. , • BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. , • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. , • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-haves • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. , • Previous travel nursing experience is a plus. , • Certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) preferred.
