Responsibilities: • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services tailored to clients' needs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. • Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options. • Assist clients with the application process, policy changes, and claims. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company offerings.
