Creative Director

Creative Director United Community is in search of a Creative Director to join our team in Greenville, SC. As the Creative Director, you will shape the creative vision for our brand, collaborating with the Senior Director of Brand to develop and execute innovative campaigns. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and videographers, ensuring cohesive and impactful creative output while also contributing as an active designer on projects. What You'll Do: • Provide outstanding creative judgment across all mediums/channels to achieve creative excellence. • Guide the creative process from concept to completion. • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. • Provide creative leadership, including copy and design direction for large initiatives or projects. • Consistently connect the creative approach to the business strategy. • Lead and/or partner with agencies on brand development and campaign concepts. • Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality. • Stay up to date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to remain at the forefront of innovation. • Ensure consistent brand usage across marketing collateral. • Work with MarCom leadership to align creative strategies with marketing goals. • Push for innovation and participate in identifying new marketing channels.

Requirements

For Success: • 10+ years in senior creative leadership roles. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brands and successful campaigns. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a creative team. • Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and multimedia content creation. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Extensive experience in digital design, motion graphics, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software. • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
