Software Engineering Manager Location: Denver, CO Onsite 5 days a week. Salary Range: $150,000 - $193,000 per year

Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Speed of Innovation: Accelerate the delivery of products and features. We already operate at an impressive pace, but this role will help us push the boundaries even further. Engineering Leadership: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our team to reach new heights. Coaching: Develop and mentor the engineering team, challenging each member to grow. Production Uptime & Quality: Ensure that our systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability. Engineering Strategy: Own the architecture of our products, aligning with business goals and ensuring scalable solutions.
