As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer experience be the best it possibly can be. This position offers a base pay + commissions + bonuses. Agents will earn around $45000-$185,000 per year. However, our top Agents can earn much more. You will have all available resources at your disposal. We want you to feel Like Family. Our main focus for you is to be the best you can be by also providing a great customer experience. - Candidate must currently hold a P/C License or willing to obtain. HOURS • This position is full time, M-Thurs 9am-6pm Fri 9am-5pm.. Saturdays by apppoitment. Insurance Sales Agent Requirements: - Candidate must currently hold a P/C License or wiling to obtain within 30 days of hired date. - Be intuitive and respectful and be coachable. • Ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. • Excellent Communication and personal skills. • Provide Good conversation on the phone. • Problem-Solving. • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. • Sales experience preferred • Must be coachable and an excellent communicator. • Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team. • Must be good with technology.
