Nurse Case Manager

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is looking for a highly-motivated Nurse Case Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of care to our members by assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating services and outcomes to maximize the health of our members. You will also serve as an advocate for our members while collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure that all care is provided in a safe and cost-effective manner.To be successful in this position, you must have a current RN license in South Carolina, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, and at least 3 years of nursing experience. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of current nursing practices and quality assurance principles.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing superior care to our members and who is committed to improving their health and well-being.
