Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels, delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely assistance.
  • Immigration Guidance: Provide step‑by‑step support to clients pursuing Green Cards, permanent residency, tourist visas, or business travel authorizations, ensuring they understand each requirement and deadline.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Document common issues, solutions, and best practices to enrich arenaflex’s internal knowledge repository and improve future response efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with legal, product, and technology teams to relay client feedback, flag emerging trends, and contribute to service enhancements.
  • Data Privacy & Security: Uphold strict confidentiality standards, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and internal data protection policies while handling sensitive personal information.

Essential Qualifications
