Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. • Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs. • Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence. • Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations as they pertain to insurance products. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. • A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
