Job Description
We're searching for an exceptional Computer Programmer Lead who can grow with the company and has 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Arlington, VA. Main Responsibilities: Ensure computer programmers create, modify, and test code and scripts that allow computer applications to run. Validate specifications drawn up by software and web developers for the team. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information. Mentor a team of junior, journeymen and senior software developers to write and maintain software for the OM&S program. Ensure the team programs, configures, tests and fixes bugs within OM&S software. Requirements: Expertise in one or more programming languages is required. Ability to apply advanced methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE). Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
