Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:* • Insurance customer service experience (at least 1 year). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Possess a willingness to learn and be teachable (no egos please). • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life through assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate coverages or products. • MUST HAVE a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License. Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members. • Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions. • Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. • Exhibit a strong work ethic • Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales.
