Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with arenaflex
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, using our cloud-based enrollment tools to streamline the process
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, thinking outside the box to find solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest health insurance products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Familiarity with cloud-based enrollment tools and platforms
  • Spanish bilingual a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in Spanish

Compensation and Benefits

* $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay
