Petscare Data Input Operator

We are a growing petscare that focuses on pets' health, happiness, and comfort. As our team expands, we're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This part-time role offers an opportunity to grow into a permanent position within our company/ parent company. Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team with accurate record keeping and data management. This role involves entering client and pet information, tracking appointments, and maintaining up-to-date records. As we expand, there is potential for this position to evolve into a permanent, full-time role for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Enter customer, pet, and service-related data into our management system accurately and efficiently. Update and maintain client files and records (digital). Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for pet services. Organize and categorize documents for easy access. Track inventory of pet supplies and services and update data accordingly. Handle any additional administrative tasks as needed by the team, such as filing or responding to data-related inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and pet information. Qualifications • Proficient in data entry and typing with high accuracy • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Experience with databases and transcription tasks • Basic math and clerical skills for effective data management • Familiarity with filing, research data collection, and order entry • Previous administrative experience is a plus • All candidates must reside in the USA or Canada.
