Responsibilities:

•Craft and Innovate: Be a key contributor to the design and implementation of new mobile features, working closely with our mobile lead to bring cutting-edge ideas to life.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and implement solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

• Performance Excellence: Ensure our mobile application is high-performing, reliable, and responsive, delivering a seamless user experience.

•Problem Solver: Identify and address performance issues and bugs proactively, ensuring our app remain top-tier.

• Code Quality Champion: Uphold the highest standards of code quality through rigorous reviews, unit testing, and automation.

• Thought Leader: Stay at the forefront of mobile development trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

• Mentor and Guide: Foster the growth of other engineers, sharing your expertise and contributing to a culture of learning and development.

•End-to-End Ownership: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring our products exceed user expectations.

Qualifications & Profile:

•Significant expertise in mobile engineering using React Native, with a preference for experience in B2C contexts.

• Deep consumer and UX/UI sense.

• Proven experience in a similar Staff role, with a preference for previous startup or fast-paced/demanding environments.

• Autonomous and self-starter profile.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication.

• Experience with Web Development (frontend/react)

• Experience with AI products
