We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our B2B partners. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and product leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy & Market Insights
  • Identify and analyze the needs of game developers, publishers, and gaming platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a product development roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Product Development & Execution

  • Prioritize and manage tasks within the product backlog, ensuring a data-driven, experiment-based approach.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) for efficient development cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of product features.
  • Continuously optimize user experience (UX) through data-driven enhancements and user feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
  • Identify and mitigate product development risks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • User Research & Performance Metrics

  • Conduct interviews with target users to validate assumptions and gather insights.
  • Improve product performance metrics, focusing on adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize product marketing expertise to enhance market positioning and adoption.
  • REQUIREMENT

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Technical expertise with a strong understanding of UX principles.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Experience working with Xsolla's platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Proficiency in product marketing, understanding go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher for effective communication.
  • Understanding and application of Agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and execution.
