Support Web Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Support Engineer to join our dynamic Blitz team, working on a cutting-edge SaaS web application. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency, stability, and driving continuous improvement in our services.

As a Software Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in resolving client issues, maintaining our application’s performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment while contributing to the success of a cutting-edge SaaS product. Working REMOTELY from any part of México, this is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with our talented team.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with Node.js
• Knowledge of C# and .NET
• Familiarity with Version Control systems, particularly GitHub
• Experience with MongoDB
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Main Activities

• Handling and resolving client tickets on our support platform within committed SLAs.
• Writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
• Maintaining consistent communication with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements.
• Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing implementations to improve performance and functionality.

Education

• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
