About the position The Business Change Advisor (Test Analyst) plays a crucial role in assisting the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization to bridge the gap between current and desired business performance levels. This position is pivotal in balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success, ensuring that the change journey produces the desired results. The advisor will help build and support the company's change network, facilitating effective communication of information from various sources through newsletters, dashboards, and presentations. Additionally, the role promotes the benefits of the function within the region and throughout the company, contributing to a cohesive and informed organizational culture. This hybrid position requires the ideal candidate to work in the office one day per week, with the expectation that they reside within 50 miles of one of the Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. The Business Change Advisor will be instrumental in managing deliverables independently, coordinating with stakeholders, and publishing status reports, thereby ensuring that all aspects of the change initiatives are tracked and communicated effectively. The role also involves functional testing in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry, specifically in Pharmacy Benefits and Pharmacy Clinical areas, which is strongly preferred. The advisor will analyze large data sets related to formulary and utilization management (UM), ensuring that all testing and validation processes are thorough and effective. Requirements • BA/BS in a related field. , • Minimum of 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. , • Experience in functional testing in the PBM industry, specifically in Pharmacy Benefits and Pharmacy Clinical areas. , • Experience with testing and validation of Formulary and UM setup. , • Ability to analyze large data sets related to formulary and UM. , • Experience working in Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare Lines of Business. , • Experience managing deliverables independently and coordinating with stakeholders. , • Knowledge of systems capabilities, application testing, and business operations. Nice-to-haves • Experience working with globally dispersed teams. , • Usage of tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Excel.
