Key Responsibilities • Oversee and execute a daily client checklist for over 200 clients. • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media Buying and Delivery, to ensure client needs are met. • Maintain and update client CRM and account details diligently. • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to guarantee optimal service delivery. • Organize in-depth discussions with clients to provide ongoing support and strategize for success. • Monitor client requests and ensure timely responses to their needs. • Mentor clients to maximize their results and overall experience. Required Skills • Strong motivation and a proactive "go-getter" mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective business interactions. • Proven leadership capabilities and a history of driving client satisfaction. • Ability to coach and guide clients toward optimizing their service experience. • Reliable home office setup with a robust internet connection. • A dedicated and quiet workspace conducive to remote work. • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to new strategies and innovations.
