Medicare Advantage sales Representative

Required Skills: • Two years of experience in selling Medicare Advantage plans • Must have an active insurance license at the moment of hiring (NPN) • Active AHIP 2025 • Must be licensed in 10 or more states. • Previous experience in a call center environment is required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. • Proficient at conducting phone calls, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust remotely. • Friendly and personable attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions for their needs. • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Capable of answering back-to-back calls. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • You must be released from all carriers and previous employers to be considered.What we offer: • 100% Home office • Hourly pay rate: USD 20.00 with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn up to $2000 weekly, commissions included. • Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm EST (Weekends off) • Permanent position with growth opportunities. • No telemarketing, inbound calls only.Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences. • Present insurance options clearly and compellingly, highlighting key benefits and features. • Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations. • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.Equipment requirements: • Own PC/Laptop – no Tablets • High-speed internet - 50 MB download. • Wired headset • Wired Internet connection, no WI-FI.
