Sr. Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting
Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and Reporting We seek an experienced and motivated professional to lead technical accounting and financial reporting efforts. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting while providing expert guidance on complex accounting matters. Responsibilities Offer technical accounting guidance to finance, treasury, tax, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with senior leaders to document accounting analysis and conclusions. Conduct research to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Develop and maintain accounting policies in partnership with compliance teams. Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and successful results. Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. Assist with quarterly tie-outs, earnings materials, and investor presentations. Contribute to special projects, such as purchase accounting and goodwill impairment analysis. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent required. 10+ years of relevant experience, including complex U.S. GAAP accounting. Expertise in SEC reporting is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize and excel in a dynamic environment. Integrity and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting. Experience with CFIN/S/4HANA or Workiva is a plus.
