Job Title: Pain Management Anesthesia Biller Location: (Remote US & Global) Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications About Us: We are a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Anesthesia Biller with extensive experience in out-of-network billing. Our focus is on delivering excellent patient care, and we need a billing expert who can ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims and patient billing, particularly in out-of-network scenarios. Position Overview: As a Pain Management Anesthesia Biller, you will be responsible for accurately billing for anesthesia services related to pain management procedures. You will ensure timely submissions to insurance companies, manage patient accounts, and optimize revenue collection. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit claims for anesthesia services related to pain management to insurance providers. Review patient records and verify proper coding for anesthesia procedures. Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any billing discrepancies or denials. Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients regarding billing inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized patient billing records and documentation. Assist patients with billing questions and facilitate payment arrangements. Stay updated on changes in billing regulations and coding practices specific to pain management and anesthesia. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pain management billing, with specific experience Knowledge: Strong understanding of pain management billing codes, out-of-network claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies. Expertise in dealing with private insurance, Medicare, and other relevant payers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using medical billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and relevant billing tools. Coin out-of-network billing required.
