Compensation: $150,000 Responsibilities: • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Qualifications: • Demonstrated success navigating CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools • Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required • Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel • 1-2 years of experience working as an entry-level marketer, digital marketing specialist, B2B communicator, life insurance specialist, or similar insurance industry role preferred • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary About Company CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
