Role Description This is a full-time on-site Mortgage Loan Processor role located in Yuma, AZ at MortgageOne, Inc. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for compiling a complete and thorough loan file according to mortgage industry standards as well as agency guidelines. Communicating between Loan Officers and our local Underwriter, as well as managing loans on a daily basis. Qualifications Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills Loan Processing and Underwriting experience Experience in managing loans Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance Excellent communication skills with borrowers and team members Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Encompass software experience is a plus Be part of a team thats making a difference in our community every day! ??
