Responsibilities • Manage the online booking system and ensure all appointments are scheduled correctly. • Communicate with customers regarding service options and scheduling details through email and phone calls. • Confirm and remind clients of their appointments to reduce no-show rates. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the booking process. • Update and maintain customer records in the database accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with technicians to ensure they are informed about their schedules and any special instructions. • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and reporting. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an administrative capacity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist customers effectively. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in using computer applications and online booking systems. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced working environment.
