Job Location - 5440 E Olive Ave, Fresno, California ; In-Person only (Seasonal) Starting wage: $21.25, Overtime Pay $31.88 Tuition Assistance available; up to $5,250/year 401 K and Tuition Reimbursement after 30 days of employment. Footsteps LLC is looking for Delivery Drivers to deliver packages in company provided cargo vans. No CDL Required! ON-THE-SPOT HIRING & ONBOARDING!! Compensation & Benefits of Delivery Driver $21.25/hour • Paid Training • Paid Overtime • Paid Time Off • 401K Benefits • Tuition Reimbursement • Accident and Life Insurance Basic Requirements for position of Delivery Driver* Eligible to work in the U.S.** • At least 21 years of age • A Valid Drivers License • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (No Marijuana Testing) Duties and Responsibilities of Delivery Driver • Our Delivery Drivers Safely drive and operate company cargo vans at all times. • Our Delivery Drivers Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information. • Our Delivery Drivers Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area. • Our Delivery Drivers Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered • Our Delivery Drivers are CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. • Our Delivery Drivers Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: • Our Delivery Drivers Lift packages up to 50 lbs. • Our Delivery Drivers are able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift IMMEDIATE DELIVERY DRIVERS OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!!
