Pay $18.50 - $24.00 per hour Job Full time Office Job Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments. • Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database. • Support the team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
