Tons Of Phones is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about Tons Of Phones’ products, services, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and document customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
