Sales Executive : Presales ( evening shift)

Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive for QHT Hair Transplant Clinic Location: Remote, or based in Delhi/Haridwar, India, open for evening shifts (2pm-11pm IST) Experience Required: MBA fresher, presales experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar domain About QHT Clinic QHT Hair Transplant Clinic is a renowned hair restoration clinic in India, offering advanced hair transplant solutions. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and communication-savvy Pre-Sales Specialist. This role involves contacting potential patient leads, filtering them based on criteria, and identifying high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue. The ideal candidate will have strong pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills, focusing on lead filtration and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential patient leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather necessary information.
• Assess and filter leads based on predetermined criteria to identify the most promising candidates for hair transplant procedures.
• Qualify leads and ensure only the most viable leads are passed on to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-up processes.
• Continuously refine lead filtration techniques to improve conversion rates and sales team efficiency.

Qualifications

• MBA freshers keen to build career in Sales. Interested in a pre-sales role, with expertise in lead generation, filtration, and qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with potential patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting or from our Delhi or Haridwar branches.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry.
