Key Responsibilities • Cultivate meaningful relationships with educators and administrators through engaging phone and online interactions. • Showcase our product’s features and advantages to prospective users. • Conduct thorough research on potential and existing customers, identifying key stakeholders to drive product adoption and account growth. • Qualify leads and facilitate connections to regional Account Executives. • Address inquiries from prospects and adeptly navigate objections to build trust. • Serve as a trusted resource for educators and administrators, providing valuable insights and support. • Collaborate with leadership to offer constructive feedback for continuous process enhancement. • Consistently meet and surpass established goals. Required Skills • Experience in educational technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator. • A background that thrives in a high-energy, collaborative setting. • A strong passion for educating, inspiring, and empowering others. • A consultative approach with adept influencing skills to guide productive conversations. • Exemplary communication skills to clearly convey product values and benefits. • Proficiency in asking insightful questions to uncover challenges in prospects’ current environments. • A self-starter mentality with a strong drive for success. • A proven record of achievement and being an invaluable team player. • Familiarity with the Southern California Curriculum is advantageous. • Previous experience as a user of our product is preferred.
