Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in a related field is a plus
– Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
– Accurately enter and update customer information in our database
– Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
– Assist with special projects as needed

Educational Qualifications:
