Job Summary

Target is seeking a dynamic part-time Sales Associate for our Austin location. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a passion for retail and a commitment to creating a unique shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Greet every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner

* Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints

* Maintain clean and organized sales floor

* Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and sales

* Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Basic math skills

* Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work for extended periods of time

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous retail experience preferred but not required
