Job Description
HealthNet Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote healthcare team. As an RN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care from the comfort of your home. This role involves utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver patient assessment, education, and support to a diverse patient population.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience with telehealth and remote patient monitoring is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient health conditions, symptoms, and needs through telehealth platforms.
- Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educational Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current, active RN license in good standing.
- Advanced certifications (CCRN, CEN, etc.) are a plus.
