Job Summary:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team at FedEx as Full-Time Expedited Truck Drivers. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per annum, based on experience. This role requires an average of 40-50 hours per week. Description:
As an Expedited Truck Driver for FedEx, your main role will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customers’ freight. You will operate within defined territories, delivering various types of freight. Expedited Truck Drivers are critical to our company’s success, and we value their contribution and hard work.
Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
– Load and unload cargo
– Properly track and document activity log
– Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
– Inspect truck before and after the trip
– Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
– Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
– Commercial driver’s license (Class A)
– Ability to handle physical workload
– Strong work ethic
– Willingness to stay on the road for extended periods
Education Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid CDL license
– Completion of a truck driving school
