Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. • Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons using a variety of digital platforms and tools. • Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and provide necessary accommodations. • Conduct virtual assessments and regularly monitor student progress to ensure they are meeting their educational goals. • Communicate effectively and regularly with parents, students, and team members to provide updates and support. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and educational activities. • Participate in virtual team meetings and engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred). • Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement. • At least 2 years of experience in special education. • Proficiency in using educational technology and virtual learning platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse needs.
