Requirements: - Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - Strong customer service skills and experience in providing support to customers via phone or email. - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls. - Strong analytical skills to analyze customer concerns and provide personalized solutions. - Ability to type quickly and accurately. - Experience with data entry and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer data. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
