Remote: Vacation Specialist

This is a remote position. We are looking for Remote Professionals. (e.g., smartphone, email, etc... As a Vacation Specialist, you'll be the key contact for your clients, handling all their needs for both business and leisure. Your role is about booking and creating exceptional experiences that exceed your clients' expectations. You'll have the opportunity to sell a variety of package options, tours, event tickets, and more. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and certifications. This opportunity requires a low monthly startup cost. We are looking for individuals with: • Passion to help clients build the ultimate dream getaway by offering our destinations and services • Excellent customer service skills • Desire to build relationships with our partners & clients • Drive to execute the sale • Expertise in our product and policies • Acute attention to detail and the ability to review your own work to ensure quality Responsibilities: • Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and tickets /events) • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors • Work well in a group/team setting • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies • Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files • Complete the required certification promptly • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA, Mexico, or Belize • Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access • Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend, however, not required) with reliable internet access Apply Job!
