Salary: $18.50/Hour Location: Remote Contract Position (3 months) Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners. - Provide personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone. - Handle and resolve family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques. - Log and document all interactions in the internal system. - Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
