Our dynamic and collaborative work environment is designed to help professionals thrive while making a meaningful... impact in the legal field. ### Benefits Joining our team comes with a range of benefits, including: • Competitive salary based on experience • Retirement plan with employer matching • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Opportunities for professional development • A supportive and collaborative work environment ### Work Locations • Locations: Pasadena and Annapolis • Hybrid Work Model: 3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days remote ### Responsibilities In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include • Conducting thorough client consultations to assess needs in estate planning and elder law • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents • Developing personalized estate plans based on individual client circumstances • Providing legal guidance on elder law issues including Medicaid planning, long-term care, and guardianship • Representing clients in probate and estate administration matters while ensuring compliance with Maryland laws • Collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional service • Staying informed on updates in Maryland estate planning, elder law, and probate regulations ### Qualifications and Skills We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active membership in the Maryland State Bar Association • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an estate planning, probate, or elder law firm • Experience in special needs planning and/or Medicaid planning is a plus • Comprehensive knowledge of Maryland estate planning, elder law, and probate laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • A client-focused, compassionate approach to legal practice • A strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm ### Next Steps If you are interested in becoming part of our team, please click the "Apply Now" button to submit your resume.
