We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Data Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining data within our CRM systems. The primary focus will be on uploading and cleaning data, as well as performing data comparisons in Microsoft Excel. This position is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our CRM data, supporting our sales operations team in making informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Data Entry and Upload: Accurately input and upload data into the CRM systems. Ensure data consistency and completeness during the upload process. Data Cleaning: Regularly review and clean up existing data in the CRMs to eliminate duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies. Work collaboratively with other teams to standardize data formats and fields. Data Comparison: Utilize Microsoft Excel to compare and analyze data sets for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly. Implement data quality best practices to maintain a high standard of information.
Requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills.
