As an Online Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing product/service guidance to ensure their financial health. Job Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat function in a professional and timely manner. • Guide customers through product features and troubleshoot any technical issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pro Financial Health products and services. • Ensure all communication and transactions are recorded following company policy and regulatory requirements.
