Job Responsibilities: • Assist clients via our live chat platform, providing swift, courteous, and effective support on product information, technical questions, or potential complaints. • Upkeep and increase customer satisfaction levels, establishing a strong rapport through professional and friendly conversations. • Document chat interactions, feedback, and appropriate reporting of customer concerns. • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly, including escalating necessary concerns for further review. • Contribute to the improvement of the chat process, suggesting measures for enhancing the live chat system. Desired Qualifications: • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to express points concisely and clearly. • The possession of basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and practices. • Determination to learn more about our services. • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating patience and thoughtfulness. • A high level of self-motivation, plus the capacity to work well alone, or as part of a team. Nice-to-haves: • Prior experience in handling live chats or a customer services role. • Availability to work on a flexible schedule • Able to comfortably type 40+ wpm.
