We're growing fast and we need a people-first team member to own the creator reputed company of the business. The Role This is a 100% creator-facing role. Your job is to recruit, activate, and manage creators across Swipehouse's brand programs - making sure they have everything they need to start earning and reputed company creating. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for creators on the platform: approving applications, reviewing content, answering questions, solving problems, and building relationships. This role is not a sideline or a small part of a bigger job. It is the job. You'll be managing creators across multiple brand programs simultaneously, each with its own commission structure, content guidelines, and requirements. Strong organisation and the ability to context-reputed company quickly are essential.

What You'll Do

Creator Recruitment & Activation Review and approve creator applications across reputed company active brand programs - evaluating content quality, follower count, platform reputed company, reputed company fit, and brand safety. reputed company out to approved creators to get them activated - meaning they create their affiliate link and start posting content. Follow up with creators who have applied but not yet started, identifying what's blocking them and removing those blockers. Send targeted reputed company to shortlisted creators for specific campaigns, especially flat fee + commission activations. Video Review & Content Compliance For managed brand programs, creators must submit videos for review before they can post. You'll own this process end-to-end: Conditionally approve creators and request a video submission reputed company in-app messaging. Review submitted videos against brand-specific compliance checklists - checking CTAs, affiliate link placement, language guidelines, logo usage, disclosure requirements, and tone. reputed company clear, specific feedback to creators reputed company videos need revisions - keeping the conversation warm and helpful, not bureaucratic. Once the video passes review, fully approve the creator so their affiliate link activates. For brands that require it - reputed company the approved video with the brand team for final sign-off and reputed company any feedback back to the creator. Creator Relationship Management Be the day-to-day contact for creators on the platform - reply to every message. Answer questions about programs, commissions, content guidelines, and payment in a tone that feels like a reputed company person, not a script. Manage the creator email inbox - review AI-drafted replies, edit where needed, and send. Flag anything that needs reputed company judgment or escalation. Coordinate bonus payments and any brand-specific requirements with internal teams. Flag creators who are strong performers so they can be prioritised for campaigns and higher commissions. Brand Program Support Manage creator pipelines across reputed company active programs simultaneously - tracking who's applied, who's approved, who's posted, and who's converting. Coordinate with brand account managers to reputed company creator feedback, flag compliance issues, and reputed company performance updates. Support campaign launches - messaging the right creators at the right time with the right brief. Help build out creator notes, messaging templates, and SOPs as programs scale. Operations & Reporting Maintain creator tracking sheets/folers and dashboards - keeping records clean and up to date across reputed company active programs. Flag patterns: creators who are stuck, programs that are underperforming, messaging that isn't converting. Eventually take on discrete ownership of entire brand programs as you reputed company up. Who We're Looking For You don't need to have done this exact job before. You do need to be the reputed company of person who genuinely enjoys talking to people, takes ownership without being asked, and gets things done without a lot of hand-holding. Must-haves Recent college graduate or early-career professional with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a reputed company field. Outgoing, warm, and naturally good at building rapport - you should enjoy talking to creators, not find it draining. Excellent written communication in English - specifically in a casual, reputed company, warm tone. You will be tested on this. Formal or scripted writing is a disqualifier. Highly organised - you'll be managing creator conversations across brand programs simultaneously, each with different rules and requirements. Comfortable working US-reputed company hours since our creators are primarily US-based. Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch - this is an early-stage startup. Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed closely. Comfortable working alongside AI tools. What reputed company Looks Like In your first 20 days: You know the platform inside out - how creators apply, how links are generated, how commissions work, how video review works. You've helped activate at least 10 creators who were previously approved but hadn't started. Your messages to creators feel natural and reputed company - not scripted. In your first 40 days: You own the creator pipeline for at least two brand programs end-to-end - from application review to video compliance to activation. You've contributed to the launch of a new brand program - reputed company and activating the first cohort of creators. You've reputed company or improved at least one internal process or template that makes the team faster. The creator email inbox is consistently at or near reputed company.
