What You?ll Do ? Perform core non-technical project management duties ? Create project plans, manage RAID log, action item follow ups, content creation (PPT, excel, etc). ? Work with System and BI team on key initiatives that will include meeting content creation and follow up, agenda setting, project plans, etc. ? Participate in meetings with stakeholders to define/ revise projects and programs and develop budgets ? Able to identify opportunities for efficiency, decrease redundancies ? Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts to the program ? Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules ? Evaluate and assess the programs? strengths and weaknesses What You?ll Bring ? 4 years in complex project management ? MSFT experience preferred ? Dynamic and Flexible ? Eye for accuracy ? High attention to detail ? Proactive nature when it comes to information seeking and validation ? Stakeholder Management ? Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent practical experience ? Remote work is OK (PST hours)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $50/hour to $57/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual?s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
