Serve as a project coordinator for each assigned payer product from contract to product offer activation and growth measurement ? Collaborate with various teams to ensure product understanding and meet growth goals ? Research and develop strategies to communicate with healthcare payers effectively ? Develop, launch, and manage strategies for Payer segment and run ABM campaigns ? Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Bachelor?s degree in Value-based care, Marketing, Business, Economics, Health Admin, or related field ? 3-5 years of experience in value-based care, marketing operations, campaign management, or B2B marketing ? Direct work experience in Payer Contract/Product Marketing preferred ? Experience working with healthcare payers ? Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? Experience with project management software such as Salesforce and Monday.com ? Proven ability to lead discussions across seniority levels ?
