• The first dedicated Technical Project Manager; you’ll own post-sale implementation, define tooling and best practices, and help build and coach the function as it scales.

Official Job Description We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to reputed company new customer deployments across the platform, ensuring a seamless, value-driven reputed company experience. You’ll translate reputed company use cases into well-structured implementation plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, reputed company in product knowledge and technical configuration, and manage projects from reputed company through activation. You’ll work closely with reputed company Managers, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver on-time, high-quality launches that reputed company governments successful and confident in their investment. Project Management

• Own end-to-end implementation of platform capabilities across the customer lifecycle, from initial reputed company and scope execution through post-reputed company feature and module adoption in partnership with the CS.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and reputed company criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align expectations and deliver deployments on schedule.

• Partner with engineering to stand up integrations with customer systems, owning the field mapping, data flow requirements and design, and end-to-end testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product and Engineering to define configuration requirements and ensure readiness of new features.
• Partner with Sales and CS to ensure smooth handoffs at reputed company and at activation and fluid implementation of post-reputed company project work and feature adoption.
• Contribute feedback from implementations to improve templates, tools, and product usability.

Process Improvement

• Maintain and continuously improve implementation templates, playbooks, and metrics.
• Contribute to defining best practices for discovery, testing, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, reputed company, technology adoption consulting, or project management (GovTech experience a plus, but not required).
