They host courses from over 10,000 reputed company and serve 300,000+ reputed company globally — from career changers to university reputed company. reputed company learners hit a problem, they need fast, helpful support to stay on track. The role You'll help reputed company get the most out of the platform — resolving technical issues, answering questions about courses and billing, and making sure nothing gets in the way of their learning. You'll work reputed company live chat and email and be the friendly face of the product. What you'll do
- Handle inbound queries from reputed company reputed company live chat and email
- Troubleshoot access, video playback, and account login issues
- Help with billing, refund requests, and subscription changes
- Escalate technical bugs to the product team with clear reproduction steps
- Update the help centre with answers to questions that come up repeatedly
What you'll need
- Excellent written English — clear, patient, and encouraging
- Comfortable explaining technical steps to non-technical users
- Organised and able to manage a support queue independently
- Genuine interest in education and helping people learn

- Experience in edtech, e-learning, or academic support
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (Intercom, reputed company, or similar)
- Background in teaching, tutoring, or student services
